MAKING TERRORISM QUIT

1. From remote past, in India,
it has been a long-lasting practice of the Indian Kings that they
faced the enemy not at their frontiers nor at their border
outposts but deep inside the country, close to the seat of their
power. The kings stayed well-entrenched inside their heavily armed
and fortified forts and cities. In essence, this was a
"defensive defense" approach and its repeated usage grew
out of a basic Indian dislike of war or the use of force which was
looked upon as the last and reluctant option after all other
choices have been exhausted.
Upon achieving independence, India continued to practise the basic
components of this "defensive defense" approach, in the
form and flush of "Non-Violence." After all, India had
gained its freedom through the Gandhian Principle of Non-
Violence. Therefore, it had to be right. Or was it right?
The pendant peril overlooking this outmoded approach is that until
the seat of power is threatened or surrounded, the enemy keeps on
chewing the country's outer perimeters, increasing his power in
the process and eating the entire country in small pieces. Through
the employment of this defensive defense, India wasted a colossal
amount of money and man power when wars and insurgencies were
forced upon it. The problem is amplified immensely when it is
realized that our neighbors are not the type who are bound by any
belief at all either in "non-violence"or in
"defensive defense" approach.
2. Our neighbors and adversaries, belong to Islam and
Christianity, both of which are coercive creeds and which aim to
subjugate all humanity by force and fraud, to have them believe in
their own brand of Divinity such as Allah or God the Father, in
their own Heaven, their own prophet such as Mohammad or Jesus
Christ, their own scriptures such as the Quran or the Bible. It
needs to be understood unmistakably that the origin of the
Moslem's Terrorism is in Quran itself. It is Quran that has
commanded that all world must accept Islam and until that happens,
Moslems are to continue fighting and to carry on their Jehad and
continue to strike terror in the hearts of the Non-Moslem Kafirs
(Infidels). Quran encourages Moslems to use force to accomplish
this objective. The Jehadic war is a permanent war which is to
continue until all Dar-Ul-Harbs (battle-grounds/non-Moslem lands)
have been converted to Dar-Ul-Islams and all non-Moslem religions
have been eradicated from this world. Highly attractive rewards
have been promised to the Moslem for his Jehadic Services to his
Allah. If the Moslem dies fighting a Jehadic War, he becomes a
hero and a martyr and earns a passport to Janat (Moslem's Heaven)
where seventy-two Houries and a number of tender young boys are
waiting for him to savor and enjoy the eternal pleasures of the
Janat (Moslem's Paradise).
On the other hand, if the Moslem does not act in the religious
(Islamic) way i.e. does not carry out the commands of Quran and
does not engage in Jehad, then he is violating the commands of and
incurring the wrath of Allah. As for the Non-Moslems, they are to
be put to sword if they refuse to convert to Islam. Sometimes,
however, the non-Moslems who have not converted to Islam are
allowed to live, provided they pay a Non-Moslem Jizya Tax.
3. For most Moslems, any act of violence, as long as it is done in
the name of Islam, is not really terrorism at all--it is just
another act done in the name of Islam and for the propagation of
Islam. It is Pure Jehad--a duty imposed upon every single Moslem
by Allah himself.
Islamic Terrorism, which is following the tenets of Islam to the
letter ( sometimes called Islamic Fundamentalism) is synonymous
with Islam. The so- called Islamic Fundamentalists are the
"Only True Moslems." A Moslem is one who declares openly
and publically: There is no God but Allah and Mohammad is his
prophet. A Moslem must accept Quran as the Word Of God, immutable
and unalterable. No Moslem questions or disagrees with these
edicts or observations. So when a Moslem follows the guidelines of
Quran, he is just being a Good Moslem, not being a Fundamentalist
or a Terrorist.
4. The latest case in point of the Mazhab (religion) of Islam that
is following the terrorist teachings of Quran and Hadis is the
"Taliban Of Afghanistan." The Talibans boldly carried
out bomb blasts in Nairobi and Tanzania but the US promptly
retaliated with missile attacks against them. However, the
Talibans have emerged from this action, as Heroes to the Moslems.
They cannot be called Terrorists under the Islamic Law and the
Moslems recognize only the Islamic Law, the Shariah. No Non-Moslem
government has any jurisdiction over them nor has any right to
label them as terrorists. Islam has practised terrorism for 1400
years and has accepted terrorism as Islamic Way Of Life. In the
eyes of Islam, terrorism and Jehad are inseparable. Therefore, any
attack on the terrorist activities of the terrorist leader Ben
Laden, is an attack on Islam itself, as far as a devout Moslem is
concerned. This is so because it is an attack on his Jehadic duty
and Jehadic duty is the highest duty of a Moslem.
5. Because of the ground realities of life explained above, it is
absolutely crucial for India to move away from its "Customary
Defensive Defense" approach which has been long out-dated.
Terrorism very often turns into a law and order problem and
ultimately to insurgency and wreckage from within. The resulting
internal weakness is exploited by outsiders. Further, because the
Indian Military Power is sucked in to control the deteriorating
internal lawless situation, its power and cutting edge against
external threats are diminished. It is not enough to perch on a
high moral ground amd make saintly speeches. India needs to
confront the problem head-on and resolve the Internal Strife and
Terrorism problem, with dispatch, through the determined use of
force and save the enormous future costs that are required to keep
the internal strife in check on a continuous basis.
Freeing the military power from Internal Consumption in this way
and saving the associated costs have the beneficial effect of
making the country of India move on a fast track. The solution of
the terrorism problem is of utmost importance because of the
military complexities in our neighborhood. China, aided by its
surrogate Pakistan, has been busy trying to destabilise India and
is enveloping India gradually to limit its role and influence.
India because of its inability to control internal strife, has
walked into a trap, enabling the outside powers to hold its
territory hostage. The previous governments in India closed their
eyes to this stark reality but the warning on this now sounds more
convincing and not mere rhetoric for internal consumption. This is
evident because these outside powers now can trigger bomb blasts
deep inside India itself, in New Delhi, Coimbatore, Mumbai etc
etc. The way out for India is to quickly smash its internal strife
with the resolute usage of its military power and then extend its
diplomatic power and influence with the backing of its freed-up
military power.
6. The Immense Indian Military Machine, loses majority of its
military muscle fighting insurgents within its borders. This
internal comsumption of military power is an immense burden and
because of this, we are unable to extend our influence.
Man has manifold jobs to do in his life and waging war is not
exactly the most pleasant job. If one can avoid war, so much the
better but situations do arise when this unpleasant job cannot be
avoided and war becomes inevitable. Suppose a Timur Ling or a
Nadir Shah is coming down to burn your country and to loot it. In
such a situation, it is the duty of the soldier to defend his
country and to wound and kill his enemies. Same is the state of
affairs and dilemma in facing terrorism and this vital lesson must
not be lost to remembrance. The ten thousand year old Indian
civilization has to evolve to meet its defense needs and a major
mental shift in the thinking of India's leaders is long long
overdue.
7. As an academic exercise, a comparison might be made between the
terrorist aggression against the US and India. Compared to what
terrorism has been unleashed against India, the attacks on the US,
though deadly, are mild at worst. But the US does not sit quiet
even if only a few Americans are killed. Missiles are lauched
immediately against the Moslem terrorists, sending an unmistakable
message to them that they will have to pay a heavy price if they
chose to attack American interests. If India sends similar
messages, the lessons taught will be similar, without a doubt.
There should be no impediment in the US joining up with India in a
concerted effort to fight terrorism. This is a logical and
legitimate thing to do. But the US is not about to do any such
thing. In fact, instead of doing that , the US is aiming at
divesting Kashmir from India to deliver it to their ally Pakistan.
This US attitude emboldens the Islamic terrorists as they feel
rewarded, by such US support, in their dastardly deeds. However,
even though the US is not going to help India in fighting
terrorism, the US has shown us, by its example, how to deal with
terrorists. And Israel has also shown us by establishing its
security zones well beyond its frontiers in Lebanon and conducting
air strikes against terrorist bases. India needs to adopt both
such measures, the American as well as the Israeli techniques, of
ending terrorism. These techniques should constitue part and
parcel of the Pro-Active Policy announced by Shri L.K. Advani.
Carry such policies forward and we will see those parts of India
now called Pakistan calming down, even though they are presently
ruled by mad dogs like Gohar Ayub Khan, who are suffering from
delusions and illusions of emulating Ghori and Ghaznavi.
Nevertheless, India needs to stay alert because there are plenty
of other Ghori and Ghaznavi Mohammads in the Pakistan Army who
want to attack India in their Islamic madness.
8. Vivekananda always maintained that the biggest sin is in being
weak, as no one listens to the weak. Pokhran II tests, based on
indigneously developed Indian technology, have proved to the world
that India is capable of becoming a World Super Power. Significant
strategic gains accrued with India going nuclear. It was feared
that India will suffer minor losses due to sanctions. But India is
a unique country that has immense genius to work and innovate
around these sanctions. India has challenged the Exclusive Club Of
Nuclear Haves and America's attempt to bully India into submission
by signing the NPT and the CTBT as unequal partners has failed.
Never mind about the condemnation of the world for our Nuke tests.
The harder the world comes down on us, the tougher we become in
our resolve to build WMD (weapons of mass destruction) and the
missile systems. With the bomb in the bag, off we go to the
delivery vehicles.
9. Once the politics of extortion and blackmail aimed at India are
understood and check-mated through the right policies and
techniques, India will progress. Time and again, America has shown
that it remains deeply wedded to Pakistan. Pakistan and Kashmir
are the living embodiments of blackmail and extortion aimed at
India.
Concurrently, Pakistan remains a vast network of Jehad and
Terrorism Training Schools and Centers for a world-wide Jehad
against the Kafirs (Infidels). Allah's message and edicts of Quran
are recited to the students daily that the whole earth belongs to
them and that no mercy is to be shown to the Kafir Hindus. This
training implants the character of blood-thirsty ravagers in the
Jehadic Recruits and according to the commands of Allah, it
becomes their duty to carry out raids of plunder and massacre of
fellow Kafir human beings. Their Allah has commanded them to wipe
out all Kafirs (Infidels) if they refuse to convert to Islam.
10. Since the Moslems have slaughtered hundreds of millions of
Hindus and have demolished sixty-three thousand plus of our sacred
Hindu temples, would not the Hindus be justified in killing all
the Moslems in India and destroying every mosque in India? Would
not the Hindus be justified in taking the whole of Pakistan,
Bangladesh, and Afghanistan as belonging to Hindustan (Greater
Bharat Varsha)? If the Moslems claim that they are the descendants
of Pure Moslems who invaded India, then their homeland is in
Arabia. If they claim to be the decendants of Hindus who were
converted to Islam at the point of sword, then they should
reconvert to Hinduism without delay. Either way, the fruits of
aggression, invasion, slaughter, lechery, treachery, bayonetary,
and plunder sanctioned by their Prophet and Allah, cannot be
accepted nor allowed. Islam has no right or claim on any part of
Greater Bharat Varsha. Hindus would be perfectly justified in
evicting Moslems out of Greater Bharat Varsha (India, Pakistan,
Bangladesh, Afghanistan). Moslems can make it happen non-
violently by renouncing Islam and returning to Hinduism or be
prepared for a Counter-Jehad (Mahabharata # 2). The choice is
theirs (the Moslems'). We Hindus must be prepared to see it
through to the end of Satanic History Of Islam.
11. The ideology of Hindutva is becoming popular. Why? Because
everything else that has been tried before, has failed to produce
the desired results. It is vital to make it known to Pakistan that
we mean business and we do it by projecting our power beyond our
present frontiers. Moslems came to India with the object of
destroying our culture and religion. They have no rights
whatsoever. We have every right to kick them out as invaders.
Hindu patience has been stretched to the limit. Hindus have tried
Hindu-Moslem Bhai Bhai approach for 1400 years now but the Moslems
always desired and opted for war and for their Barbaric Jehad. Simply
put, Moslems always want war and war it shall be, Mahabharat # 2
and this time we want to get all our people and territories
(Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan) back.
