RIGHT TIME FOR ACTION
By S.P. Attri (USA)

1.
There is proper season and a right time for everything in life.
There is also a proper time for taking action against the
"Kooks" and "Creeps" of the Cucko-Land of
Barbaric Pakistan. I believe that time is "right now"
and we need to clean out this garbage (Pakistan) from our backyard
without further delay. The longer we delay this Clean-Up
operation, the greater will be the price that we Hindus shall have
to pay and greater shall be our risk, in spite of the general
backwardness of Pakistan and the intellect of its crazy-weirdos
and Jehadi Barbarians. I believe we should take action (strong
action) against Pakistan right now. The fact that Pakistan has
nuclear bombs should not deter or dissuade us from taking action
against the monsters and the boorish barbarians of Pakistan right
now.
Knowledgeable persons are of the opinion that within a short time,
say about two to three years only from now, Pakistan will have
field-grade nuclear weapons, sometimes described as lunch-box size
nuclear warheads (generally referred to as "tactical warheads
in the US military") and these will be used by Pakistan to
threaten and black-mail India. Whether Pakistan will use these
weapons or not, no body knows nor can know but we must be prepared
for these, we must prepare for the worst. Under these kinds of
approaching threats, the price that India will have to pay will be
much much higher than what it is now while we still have some
control on the situation. The lack of material and technological
resources on the part of Pakistan is not really a handicap to the
determined barbarians of Pakistan. The mean and vile weirdos of
Pakistan have the expertise to acquire these kinds of weapons by
stealing and purchasing technology from all over the world
especially from China and North Korea. You can bet on that. To
ignore this possibility is not smart at all. Do not forget the
cruelty, brutality, or savagery of Mohammad's Barbaric Troops.
They will eat grass to get their objective and go where they want
to go. All their pious over-flowing pretensions to the contrary
are Horse-sh**.
2. The range of weapons, nuclear weapons included, that Pakistan
has at the present moment is limited and the threat that we have
from Pakistan is also limited. Future weapons and capabilities of
Pakistan will be much greater and much more formidable and
demolishing them will require much greater effort on our part to
clean up this nasty stinky garbage from our backyard. It will be
Nuclear Winter and much more difficult to handle. Consequently, I
feel we should take action right now, while Pakistan's nuclear
problem is much simpler. We should do this as a sense of our duty.
There should be no sense of guilt or remorse, only a sense of
duty, achievement, and pride. I am not necessarily thinking of a
full-scale invasion of Pakistan all at once, but a series of
actions and strong steps, necessary to do the job that we want
done. Granted that this will require us to make a clean break with
our past approaches and our useless habits of passivity and
defensiveness which never worked and which brought us colossal
calamities and shame of centuries. But we Hindus can make this
break, all it requires is making up our mind, to defend our honor
and our sacred land of Bharatvarsha. All the capabilities are in
place, only decisions are needed.
We need to operate smoothly and sneakily, without raising the ire
of either the Super-Cop (the US) or of China. The slick and smooth
operations that I have in mind, can be much more effective than
the flame of zeal of Pakistani Barbarians of Allah. Why? Because
Pakistan has a number of "SOFT UNDER-BELLIES." Sindh,
Baluchistan, and Pakhtoonistan are the big and obvious
soft-underbellies of Pakistan but SINDHUDESH, the land of our
king, Raja Dahir, is the biggest and the most ripe soft
under-belly of Pakistan, we can help MQM quit Pakistan and create
an independent republic of their own (SINDHUDESH) at Karachi,
without too much application of effort on our part. Our RAW is
more than capable of training saboteurs (Brown-Cats?), who can set
off a few explosions near Mushy's residence, to scare him off
while the MQM is raising hell in Sindh, and call it all as the
actions of Nawaz Shariff's supporters. We can also have Ahmed Shah
Masood raise hell in Northern Afghanistan, diverting Pakistan's
attention away from Sindh. Further, the Sunni-Shia hate and
discontent is a normal phenomenon of Pakistan. We can aggravate
this discontent by assisting the Shia's and blame it all on the
mistreatment of Shia's by the Sunni Majority of Pakistan and then
explain that the resulting turmoil is the natural outcome of this
mistreatment. There is an on-going myth that Secular India cannot
undertake this kind of immoral action. This is Hog-Wash. That
Pseudo-Secular India cannot undertake this action is true enough
but Practical/Pragmatic India not only can but must undertake
these under-hand methods for its own survival.
3. Mohajjirs (Moslems who migrated from India to Pakistani Sindh)
plus the native Sindhis of Pakistani Sindh are treated, not as
second-class citizens but as third-class citizens of Pakistan and
the Sindhis of Pakistan do not like it one bit. Sindhis have been
waging a struggle against Pakistan since 1947 and are still doing
it. Bangladesh was the first to secede, Sindhudesh is next
candidate for separation from the illegitimate country of
Pakistan. The reasons for separation of Sindhudesh are exactly the
same as the reasons for the separation of Bangladesh. Some action
against Pakistan, though only at political level, is already
underway. We are exposing Pakistan's complicity with terrorists
and are trying to have Pakistan declared as a terrorist state.
Because of internal compulsions and the need to please the Mullahs
and Maulvies of Pakistan, Pakistan cannot take anti-terrorist
actions to please the US, giving Pakistan a difficult set of
choices. Also pleasing the US, via terrorism-control, weakens
Pakistan's Proxy War against India and Pakistan is in no mood to
do that, even to please the US. For its own part, the US will come
close to but will never actually declare Pakistan a Terrorist
State, for geo-political reasons of the US. What this means then,
under the given conditions, is that we can pursue our overt as
well as covert actions, with near impunity.
Pakistan has been conducting Proxy-Wars against India for a long
time, first in Panjab, then in Kashmir. Pakistan's Covert Action
cannot be defeated by Open Operations but can be demolished by
Covert Actions.
Experts describe Kashmir as the Jugular Vein of Pakistan. This is
true to a certain degree but is not entirely true. The real
jugular vein of Pakistan is not Kashmir but Sindh (the Sindhudesh).
We can crush this jugular vein any time we desire, any time we
make up our mind to do so. We can send in thousands of saboteurs
into Sindhudesh, via land and sea routes, without too much
difficulty and we can also provide abundant help via land and sea
routes to Sindhudesh. The Sindhis are ready to revolt, all they
need is help and arms from India, rest is inevitable.
We have to do that little thing and we will have to do that little
thing, one of these days our patience is going to be exhausted and
we will be forced to assist the people of Sindh, who are suffering
atrocious inhumanities and brutalities at the hands of Panjabis Of
Pakistan whom the Sindhis hate like heck. One of these days, some
leader like Mrs. Indra Gandhi, will decide that he had enough out
of Pakistan and will decide to catch hold of Pakistan's Sindhi
Jugular Vein and crush it. Of course, all of this can be blamed on
the mistreatment of Sindhis by the Panjabis of Pakistan, just like
the mistreatment of Bengalis by the Panjabis of Pakistan. The
situation is remarkably identical.
4. This is a promising opportunity for India but must be handled
expertly and resolutely. An inexpert or half-hearted approach will
not work. Information filtering out of Pakistan shows that
affluent sector of Pakistani population, including many highly
educated people of Pakistan, do not have much confidence in the
future of Pakistan. Many in this well-to-do class of Pakistan
believe that Pakistan would break up soon. They are stating that
India's Operation Shakti united Pakistan temporarily due to
sloganeering and hate-India campaign of the Pakistani Government
but unity soon ended at the end of Kargil Crisis. Many of these
affluent Pakistanis are seeking immigration to other countries and
are trying to get their families out of Pakistan. The situation is
the worst in Sindh where every Sindhi, Mohajir and Native Sindhi,
hates the Panjabis Of Pakistan, who are lording over the Sindhis
and are removing all the revenue collected from Sindh and
returning little or nothing to Sindh, exactly like Pre-Bangladesh
Bengal.
What about Islamization Of Pakistan, the reason for its creation
in the first place? Well, the affluent class can give only a
lip-service to Islamicization, they are much more interested in
enjoying themselves and do not like it being restricted via
Islamicization. They do not like the tough regime of
Islamicization nor are interested in making sacrifices towards
Islamicization. The poor and unemployed of Pakistan have nothing
to lose and they are much more attracted to Islamicization. There
are many many divisions and contradictions within Pakistan,
besides the Shia-Sunni Divide and the Sindhi-Panjabi Divide and
these need to be analysed carefully to arrive at an effective
strategy to exploit these contradictions of Pakistan.
What is so significant about the Panjabis of Pakistan? First, the
rulers of Pakistan are largely Panjabis. Second, every faction of
Pakistan outside of the state of Pakistani Panjab, hates them.
Essentially, the Pakistani Panjabis have become the foul guys and
the fall guys of Pakistan. Everybody hates them.
5. Pakistan is living in a Glass House. The list of contradictions
inside Pakistan is endless and we need to exploit them. Some of
these contradictions are the following:
a. Panjabi Pakistanis vs Non-Panjabi Pakistanis
b. Sindhis vs Panjabis
c. Mohajirs vs Native Sindhis
d. Pathans (Pakhtoons) vs Panjabis...The desire of the NWFP
province of Pakistan to align itself with Afghanistan and
non-recognition of Durand-Line by Afghanistan.
e. Shias vs Sunnis
f. Pakistani Have-Nots vs Pakistani Haves
g. Pakistani Feudal Lords vs Pakistani Slaves and Starving
Subjects.
h. Afghani Pakistanis vs Panjabi Pakistanis. Historically the
Afghans have ruled over the Panjabis for centuries, now the
Panjabis of Pakistan are lording over the Afghanis of Pakistan,
this is not to the liking of the Afghans.
And so on. I assure you this is not a complete list of Pakistani
Contradictions.
6. Pakistan at this time is printing fake Indian Rupee Notes
and circulating them inside India. Why the heck are we not
printing fake Pakistani currency and disseminating it inside
Pakistan? Our economy is more than eight times the size of
Pakistan's. Our strong economy can absorb fake currency much
better than the much smaller and much weaker economy of Pakistan.
Why are we not treating it as "SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST"
and taking counter-measures against Pakistan's nefarious actions.
Pakistanis are awash with drugs and many Pakis are hooked on
drugs, as junkies. Why not feed them opium? The British did that
to the Chinese during the Anglo-Chinese Opium War. The city of
Karachi is loaded with drugs and is fighting the central
government of Pakistan. Why not flood other cities of Sindh with
weapons and drugs and expand the war for Sindhudesh. It is a
constantly evolving war against Pakistan and is going to be a
multi-frontal war. The Pakis have been conducting Proxy-Wars
against us for years and they are wondering why we are not
fighting, why we are not returning the compliment. It is obvious
we need to strike at Pakistan and strike hard, to give them a
taste of their medicine. It must be noted that every time we
strike hard across the LOC, it sends panic in the whole of
Pakistan. If we strike at Pakistan via a number of steps outlined
above, Pakistan will go into a frenzy to take up defensive
measures. This will cost Pakistan a lot of money, it will spread
their defenses much thinner, will force them to concentrate
themselves on targets that they consider vital. This will increase
the cost to Pakistan and to each Pakistani.
This will give lot of sleepless nights to Pakistanis and they will
get tired soon from lack of sleep. At that moment we strike across
the LOC, sending the villagers across the LOC running for cover,
clogging the Paki Roads with refugees. This will force the Paki
Military to spend more resources putting artillery and AA guns and
SAMS near the LOC rather than at bridges and military facilities.
Will Mushy declare nuclear war against India for these pin-pricks,
just because Paki roads are clogged with refugees. I doubt it very
much.
While this action is going on near LOC, the groups in Sindh,
Baluchistan, will wake up to the fact that Paki Army is tied up in
Kashmir and Panjab and is unable to come out of there and that is
when the fun begins in all these Panjabi-hating areas of Pakistan.
PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN GLASS HOUSES SHOULD NEITHER THROW STONES,
NOR SLEEP NAKED, NOR TURN OFF THEIR ALARM-CLOCKS. And Pakistan is
doing all of these NO-NOs.
7. Essentially what we need to do is:
Dismember Pakistan and Disarm the Resulting
Fragments.
First Sindhudesh, then Baluch-Desh, then Afghan-Desh, and then
others.
I do not know if any one in the US knows it or not (I think they
know it) but some in India have started talking about the
Dismemberment Of Pakistan, it may already be under debate some
place/places. This reminds me of the debate that was going on in
the year of 1971, regarding the dismemberment of Pakistan. It has
taken us all these years to come to the same point. The domestic
pressures on the GOI are quite high. Will there be pressures of
the type that we saw in 1971? It is quite possible that pressures
of the same type might begin to show up soon. Why? Because the
numbers of Pakis infiltrating across the LOC is up, the number of
Mujahdeen attacks on Indian Military and Police Installations is
also up. There is a general feeling and recognition in India that
the US will not do the right thing and will not declare Pakistan
as a Terrorist State, for reasons of its own policy. There should
be no doubt in any body's mind that a dismembered Pakistan, even
with its nuclear potential, would be much less of a threat to
India than it otherwise would be. Therefore Pakistan's nuclear
weapons should not be a concern in India's Policy for the
Dismemberment of Pakistan.
Of course, the US can do us a favor and declare Pakistan a
Terrorist State. That would end all loans to Pakistan from World
Bank, from IMF, and from other International Agencies, which would
push Pakistan's already fragile economy into collapse. The US is
not likely to do any such thing. This is not to say that the US
does not know the situation on the ground. It knows. For instance,
the US knows that Harkat-Ul-Mujahdeen crosses over across the LOC
at one point, while the Paki Army creates disturbance at another
point along the LOC, thus diverting the attention of the Indian
Army away from the infiltrators.
8. Since the US knows about the infiltration of Jehadee
Pakistanis, the state department official, Mr. Inderfurth, was
asked what is the US going to do about it. Here is Mr.
Inderfurth's reply: Mr. Inderfurth went out of his way to say that
he had not "warned" the Pakistanis about what kind of
punishment would come if the military government did not heed the
administration's concerns.
Rather, he appeared to hold out the possibility of a March
stopover by President Clinton if the Pakistani government decided
to take some steps against terrorism.
And in another gesture to the Pakistani government, Mr. Inderfurth
disputed its contention that the United States had
"tilted" toward India. "Both countries are
important for the United States in their own right," he said.
"We are not going to choose one over the other. In our view
'tilt' is a four-letter word that should be banned in any
discussion of the south continent." The new military leader
of Pakistan, Gen. Pervez Musharraf, was asked in a meeting with
three administration officials in Islamabad last week to ban the
group, Harkat ul-Mujahedeen, but the request was rebuffed, senior
officials here said.
What does this Diplomatic Double-Talk mean? It means that the US
will engage Pakistan in talks, will come close to declaring
Pakistan a Terrorist State but "Will Not Actually"
declare it. What else does it mean? It means that if we play our
cards right and act smart, we can have a field day and dismember
Pakistan without any serious repercussions. Pakistan has been
conducting Proxy-Wars against us for years. Many Pakis are
wondering why have we not done the same thing to them. Pakis,
therefore, really cannot complain if we pay them back in the same
coin. In fact, they will be flattered. And don't forget that
imitation is the best kind of flattery.
